What is the returns, exchange and refunds policy?

Zecxa London is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying, please ensuring you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

For combination purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or buy one get another item at a reduced price) you must return the free or reduced price items for us to process an exchange or refund.

In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised jewellery orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially altered or personalised for you in any way.

If the items were a gift to you, the money reimbursed with Gift Cards. We will send gift card via mail or email.

How to Return

  • Complete the Online Return Form . (Online Return Form)
  • Please advise the reason for the refund in the comments box
  • RMA Number and instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours
  • Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of the despatch note you received with your order into the parcel. Please note that jewellery must be returned in its original sealed packaging.

How long will take to receive the refund

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse but please allow 14 days for clearance to your card account. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
